I have a little time this morning so I thought I'd try & write a few lines. The rainy season is finally here & with it comes cooler weather,PTL! My wash has a hard time drying somedays.....sometimes I have to wash it again because it smells sour....but that's OK....I'll take this kind of weather anyday! I guess I didn't realize how much the heat really affects me....emotionally as well as physically. The power outages aren't as bad either when the weather is cooler! I'm kind of sad that this season only lasts 3 months...I'm already dreading the heat that's coming later this year because I know how intense it gets! I think I must be cold-blooded because when we came home for TJ's brother's funeral...as we stepped off that plane into 17 degree weather it felt absolutely wonderful! Living in Alaska has always intrigued me because I love snow & winter activities!
The house is quieter with Kari gone....I miss her incredibly! I miss both my girls! I am now the only female in an all male household! Michael seems kind of lost with Kari gone too....they always had such good times together! I would get annoyed at times because of their silliness, but I guess they were making many happy memories!
It's been tough to not be there for Mom when she had her surgery & to not be able to help with my Uncle John through his sickness. It was also extremely hard to not be there for Erica's graduation....God is faithful & His grace is sufficient...He's getting me through the difficult times. Thank-you to all of you who have been so understanding & have encouraged me thru all the difficult times! Thank-you for being a listening ear & not critical or condemning! Thank-you for all your prayers, love, & support!
Have a blessed week!......Until next time! Faith & family
This is the 12th of June and we just said goodbye to Kari this morning. We have not done the Jesus video for about 2 weeks because of seeing Ray's and kari off, Ron's settling in, and not really havng decent speakers. We have other reason's such as a very old and useless geneator, as well other priorities, but God showed me that during this time the deceiver was not taking time off.
I was taking water over to my guys at the dorm because they had no drinking or bathing water. There was a big shin-dig behind their living quaters, with everything all lit up and peple dressed up in their sunday best clothes. I was impressed that anyone would consider having a revival meeting in our backyard. The guys told me it was the Muslim's reaching out to our community. They said the Muslim's are very effective and industrious in converting as many people as they can to join them in worshipping allah.
I was literally filled with shame. The enemy doesn't seem to be hindered by money or circumstance. The hordes of the deceived continues to stedfastly, increasing grow in it's hell-bound iternary. If we do not intervene to save these souls from eternal damnation, then who will. If we do not spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, and him crucified, what hope, and what peace, and what reason do these lost souls have for continuiing to live.
we need to get back in the saddle, and propagate the gospel of the Kingdom of God, as often as possible, until Jesus comes. Lack of money from the Saints must never be the reason why we are not presently engaged in our push to the North. There are so many villages that have never heard of Jesus. There is a great harvest before us. All we need to do is go, and show the video's, God will do the rest. Great Blessings are ready flow.We just need people to partner with us. We need people to ask God how He wants to use them for this ministry, and then just do it. If God tells you to come, then come. I f God doesn't call you to Africa, then send tithes, and offerings to

PAKRO, OTU-KWADO, OUT-TWARE VIDEO MINISTRY
We just finished a 5 day revival outreach in the villages around Pakro. The attendance overall was 3,300, with 210 villagers making a first time commitment to receiving Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The last night we only had 120 people attend, and I felt maybe we should avoid the smaller villages, and go only to the busy market places.God spoke to my heart and asked me if it would be worth it if only 10 people received salvation.I told the Lord it would be worth it if only 1 person found Jesus.Kingsley and I were so tired after such a week long series of meetings; and I was hoping for another 800 people to show, so things were kind of on the winding down side of Revivals I thought; and then Pastor G.K. Boateng gave the Altar call and it was the most amazing thing.Of the 120 people in attendance, 100 villagers gave their hearts to Jesus…..including the village Chief.Aaron, Travis, and I did a head count, and we were all amazed.God is so amazing. He gave us more than 1.
Some people think of miracles in terms of healings and raising people from the dead, and parting the Dead Sea.I believe the greatest and most important miracle of all is when people come into newness of life through Christ Jesus. The Video ministry is doing well, but it might be too expensive to carry on at this pace. Our Speaker system is inadequate. The vibration, from rough roads, keeps taking away our sound system.Thank God churches had their own sound equipment this past week.We were not as fortunate in other places where we’ve had to cancel; much to the disappointment of those in attendance. The generator we used this week was so old we were not able to use it.We would turn on the projector, and all the lights would turn off, and vice versa. We could also use a new lighting system.
The biggest challenge will be the fuel needed to get there. Many of these villages are quite a distance from town. This is why there is such a great need for an outreach north of us.Roads are barely passable, and all washed out.So we have a good thing going on, but we need people to partner with us to continue taking the gospel of Jesus Christ, and Him crucified to the villages out in the Bush where few people are hearing about Jesus, and how much he loves them. It’s such a hard life up in the mountains, and far away from the few conveniences of life that Africa can afford. We need money for operational expenses.
We are getting a tremendous response from the Pastors, of the congregations, of all that God is doing in their churches because of these video showings. They want us to come back and show other similar videos. They are so hungry to hear about Jesus. We want to go back and continue on with this good work, but we can not do it alone. We need your help.Ask God to speak to you about how you can bless the work that Crusades for Christ is doing in Africa, and then be obedient, and say yes and amen.God might be calling you to come and join us, at least come on one of the crusades, and medical clincs, or maybe God wants you to donate a car or some other item to CFC to be sold and the money sent, as they did in the book of ACTS.Maybe it’s not as difficult as all that.Maybe God just wants you to send tithe money that hasn’t been sent anywhere yet, to bless these villages that have practically nothing to look forward to.No Hope.No Joy.No Peace. No chance to eternal bliss…..unless someone preaches the Gospel to them, and how can anyone go- lest they be sent.We want to be sent. We’re ready to go right now.So send us.If God is speaking to you, and I’m sure He is, at least I hope and pray that He is, then be obedient. This is one of those Matthew 25:34-50 opportunity where Jesus challenges us with feeding the poor, visiting the fatherless, clothing the naked. When we stand before God, it’s vitally important that we hear the words, “Well done my good and faithful servant. To hear otherwise will be devastating to our eternal well being.
So whether you bless this ministry or other ministries for the Kingdom and the glory of God, may God bless you abundantly. For those who are contemplating supporting such a ministry as ours, check out the mighty promises of God according to Malachi 3.
Last night was another phenomenal time with the video ministry. We showed the Jesus video with 120 people in attendance. Thirty young people came forward and gave their hearts to Jesus. One of my students Ebebezer Mensa gave the altar call, and they could not seem to be able to come forward quickly enough. I was very impressed, so I asked him afterwards what he said. he simply said, denounce satan so that Jesus can come into your hearts. The quality of young men coming forward, so sincere, and so hungry for Jesus was an uncommon sight.
I had 5 of my students there along with Ebenezer. David and Peter come with me regularly. I think this made the seventh time in a row for them. They never seem to tire of this ministry. We had a late showing in the Village of Trachikrum Wednesday evening. It didn't seem as if we were going to be able to show it because of all the technical difficulties. I apoligized to the Pastor, and he said this is so disappointing. I felt so bad, and then by the grace of God, the projector started working. Everyon clapped and cheered. You would have thought that we just won the World Series. (can you Cub fans say World Series?)
Anyways, we had 210 people there, and 7 more people gave their hearts to Jesus. This is where the husband and wife and daughter came forward 3 weeks earlier. I think the father gave his testimony that evening. The Pastor said there is a revival going on in his church, and they want more. They want us to come and do a village seminar there in the near future.
We didn't get home until 2:00 in the morning. I felt so bad about this as well, and apologized to my students the next morning. They told me not to feel bad. They said they were so pumped that this still couldn't sleep for awhile after they got home. They sing all the way up, and praise God all the way back. It's hard to take everyone who wants to go. I usually have 7. They take turns so everyone can go. They continue to thank Crusades for Christ for being here, and for all that is being done. So thank you all, for all that you are supporting us to do.

Praise be to God, Most Sovereign in all the earth! Our Savior and Redeemer! He chooses us in all our insignificance, wraps us in His grace, and does His perfect work in us!
My heart was so touched by experiencing the grace of God in the life of a young lady I have had the great pleasure of getting to know through the POST. This particular female student tugged on my heart strings from the first time I met her last fall. Something about her eyes hinted at a trace of vulnerability that her “I can take care of myself” attitude did not openly reveal to the common observer. My heart became burdened to spend time in prayer for her after only a short time of knowing her.
Over the course of the past year I have seen evidence of the battle for this young lady’s soul. She has experienced many heartaches and obstacles in addition to her successes.Through conversations with her, I found that she, like many others, had been deceived to believe that she had to attain a certain level of “goodness” before she could be worthy of becoming a child of God. After some time, it seemed that she gave up completely and didn’t care anymore. I have to admit that I experienced some frustration that stemmed from a loss of knowing what to do to motivate or encourage her, but I continued to commit her to God in prayer.
Then, one evening, after an organized discussion that touched on God’s grace she broke down and admitted that she wanted to be a “good girl” and make a commitment to Jesus that night! Praise God! At that moment, I could almost hear the angels rejoicing in Heaven! If I have learned anything from my time at the POST, it is that the best thing we can do for those we love is to commit them to the hands of God where they are safest and nothing we can humanly do will ever best what God can do!
Ephesians 2:8-10 “God saved you by His grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”
